Processing time
Each item is handmade, so takes between 7-14 days to create.
Estimated shipping times
UK: 2-3 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the local postal service. Everything is shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

You have a right to any of the data we keep, as well as being under no obligation to follow our social media channels - you can unsubscribe/unfollow at any time for any reason.
We only share your information with companies immediately relevant to processing your order, such as Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Whenever we share feedback/photos/reviews on social media, we will always seek your direct permission before sharing them, and you may withdraw that permission at any time and the information will be deleted.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept returns and cancellations providing the following conditions are met:
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
All items are returned unworn in their original packaging
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
