All our items are tissue wrapped with a cute sticker, but if you require a personalised note or specific wrapping, send us a message and we will do our best to help!

All of the items are designed with children in mind, and are most suitable for ages 3 - 7. However if you require something bigger or smaller or for a grown up, just send us a message!

All of our items are handmade so take approximately 10-14 days to create, then 2-3 days (UK) or 7-10 days (Europe, US, Australia etc) to be delivered. If you need something for a specific date, so let us know and we will see if we can speed things up!

Our costumes and accessories are designed to be dry cleaned only. Getting your item soaking wet may result in colour/dye run, and damage. Our capes can be ironed on a medium heat, on the reverse side to the felt details.

Our clothes are machine washable at 40 degrees, and can be ironed on a medium heat.

Our costumes are UKCA and CE tested to meet UK and European Safety Standards, and are marked as such on the labelling.
